TTD accommodation or room booking involves three steps:

1. Online room booking.

2. Approaching the CRO office (after arrival)

3. Approaching the Sub Office (after arrival)

Step–1

TTD Accommodation website:

To book rooms at Tirumala.

Mobile Number

After accessing the website,

Enter your mobile number. Click on “Get OTP.”

Wait for a 6-digit OTP to be sent to the provided mobile number.

Enter the OTP on the login page.Click on “Login.”

Virtual Queue

After login, You will be placed in a virtual queue for a few minutes.

Payment method:

Confirmation receipt:

Once the payment is successful, an accommodation pdf ticket will be generated.

Room allotment:

The room allotment process will be random, and you will receive your room number and other details on the day of check-in.

Room allotment procedure at Tirumala (For online Booked )

Approach CRO

If you have made an online booking for room in Tirumala, you need to follow a specific procedure to get your room allotted.

After reaching Tirumala, go to the CRO (Central Reception Office) , Near Balaji Bus stand

Scan your accommodation slip at the ARP (Accommodation Reservation Counter)

Within 15 minutes (depend on availability), you will receive a message on your registered mobile number with the room allotment details (Cottage/Room Name and adress, including the location on the map).

It is required to keep the original documents used for booking, including ID cards.

Step-3

Approach Sub office

You need to reach the respective cottage/room sub-office and show the receipt, original ID cards, and get the room keys.

You will receive Your Room details on Your Registered Mobile number

Note that one of the persons mentioned on the accommodation slip should be present to collect the room keys.

TTD Room Cancellation

Devotees can cancel Tirupati accommodations online up to two days before check-in.

The base fare will be refunded to the original transaction account.

Cancellation is not possible one day before check-in, regardless of check-in slots.

No refund will be provided if a person doesn’t use the room.

The refunded amount may take 2-3 weeks, depending on the payment gateway terms.

Cancellation can be initiated in the Transaction History, and the status can be monitored.

If a pilgrim fails to vacate the room at the designated time, then the pilgrim has to pay 200% extra rent after 48 hours and 400% extra rent after 72 hours as penalty.
