About Kotilingeshwara Temple
‘Koti‘ in Kannada translates to a crore, and Kotilingeshwara means 1 crore Shivalingas.
The temple has the world’s tallest Shivalinga along with over 90 lakhs of other Shivalingas installed in various sizes.
The main attractions are the 33-meter high Shivalinga and the 11-meter high Lord Nandi, the Bull.
